like PSP7,
so the location/wording of

effects may be a
little different.

Open the supplies in
PSP8.
Activate the GoldBars, and hit the
Shift key and
the letter D
(at the same time),
to
duplicate.
Close the original GoldBars
image, and
go back to the
duplicate image.
Now go to Image>Canvas
Size,
500 x 500 Pixels.
(Transparent)
Ok.
Add a new layer, name it
Wht_Bkg.,
and flood fill with
white.
Go to Layers>Arrange>Send
to Bottom.
Click on the GoldBars;
rename this
layer GoldBars, duplicate. and X out the
copy.
While on the original GoldBars,
make sure both
Stroke and Fill are
set to "white."
Now go to
Effects>PlugIns>
Toadies>Ommadawn.
Apply the following
settings:
Cell Width: 19
Cell Height: 34
Cell "a" Sharp/Soft:
234
Cell Edges On/Off:
17
OK.
Effects>PlugIns>Graphics
Plus>Emboss.
Apply this filter with all
settings
at "0." *Ok*
*Repeat this step.
*Ok*
Go to
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
Image>Mirror.
Using your mover tool, move
the copy,
and align it as shown
below:

X
out the Wht_Bkg layer.
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge
Visible.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
Image>Mirror.
Go to
Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Go to
Colors>Adjust>Brightness/Contrast.
Brightness: 3
Contrast:6
Ok.
