Zoom in 150%, hold the shift key down,
use the magic wand, with these settings:
 
Mode: Add (Shift),
Match Mode: RGB Value
Tolerance: 0
Sample Merged "not" checked.
Feather: 1
Anti-alias "checked." 
Outside selected.
 
Click at the top of one of the lines to select.
*If the entire area isn't selected, deselect
and try again.*
 
 
 
While selected, flood fill with GoldFill1
several times.
 
 
*Duplicate and lower the opacity
on your "layers palette" to 50%. 
 
Un-X the Wht_Bkg layer, and
Un-X the GoldBars image (copy.)
Go to Image>Resize>60%.
*Resample using>Bicubic checked.
*Resize all Layers "not" checked.
Ok.
 
Effects>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask:
Radius: 1.00
Strength: 41
Clipping: 2
OK.
 
Next, go to Effects>PlugIns>MuRa's Filter Meister>Copies, and apply the
following settings:
*Afterimage (h-random)
*Random (v-line)
*Tile Mode
*Behind.
*Number:  16
*Shift X: 13
*All other settings leave at default. 
 
  
 
Go to Image>Resize>85%.
Resample using: Bicubic
Resize all layers "not" checked.
OK.
 
Image>Rotate>Free Rotate>90 Degrees. Ok.
Go to Effects>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask
Radius: 1.00
Strength: 41
Clipping: 2
OK.
 
Image>Flip.
 
 
Duplicate and go to Image>Mirror.
 
Now copy and add the flower as a new layer.
Image>Resize 75%.
 
Ok.
 
Effects>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Duplicate. Go to image>mirror.
Using the mover tool, add one flower
to the top of each of the  
 
GoldBars (copies filter) layers.
 
Add a new layer, and add a favorite
brush or tube to the center.
*On your layers palette, change the
blend mode to "Luminance (L) Legacy." 

*If the tube you are using looks
washed out after changing the blend mode,
you can change it back to normal and opt
to lower the opacity instead.* 
 
 

 

Effects>3D>Drop Shadow.
*Offset Vertical and Horizontal: 3
*Opacity: 32
*Blur 2.00
*Color: #44340A
*Shadow on new layer "not" checked.
*Ok.
