"Ave. Denim Tag Part 2"

Add a new layer, and flood fill with color #800000.
While selected, go to Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel,
and apply the following settings.
 
  
 
Deselect.
(Make sure All Layers is *not* checked.)
Go to Image>Rotate>Left>Free 5.
 
Click ok.
Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
Rename this layer RedTab.
 
Now on the layers palette, drag the red tab layer
down below your text (name) layer.
 
 
 
  
 
While on the red tab layer,
add a new layer, then add letters of your choice.
I added Z' A V E (each letter on separate layers),
using the font Arial, with stroke and
fill set to white.

 *Optional*
 
Copy the small Diva tube, and add as a
new layer to the top of your name. 
Then add the blue wedge and the
gold bar accent underneath,
or tubes of your choice, (on separate layers.)
 
When finished, X out the white background,
and go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
 
Next, go to Effects>3D>Drop Shadow
and apply the following settings.
Vertical 4:
Horizontal 4
Opacity: 27
Blur 2.9
Color: #000000
 
Un-X the white background layer,
and go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
 
File>Save As>AveDenimTag

*Open Animation Shop*
 
Go to File>Open>AveDenimTag.
File>Open>Red and the Navy Twinks
 (that you saved in "My Documents.")
 
 Click on your name image and
duplicate 7 times, (for a total of 8 frames.)
 
 At the top of your screen click on
the Propagate Paste Tool.
 
Next, click on the Red Twink, go to
Edit>Select All, Edit>Copy.
Now click on the first frame of your Name.
Go to Edit>Select All, Edit>Paste into Selected Frames.
Add the Red Twink, and repeat the same steps
in order to add the Navy Twink.
 
Crop and save your newest creation as a gif file!
