Part 2:

Add a new layer for your text.
Bridgnorth, size 72, bold,
Floating & Antialias checked.
Stroke set to Gold Foil.
Fill set to GoldS, and insert your text:
 
  
 
Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
 
While selected, go to
Selections>Modify>Contract 3.
 
   
 
 
 
Add a new layer and flood fill with white.
 
  
 
Go to Effects>PlugIns>SBP
and apply the preset
D_gold glass.9q9
Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
Deselect.
 
  
 
Optional: Resize the stone tube and
decorate the letters in your name.
____
 
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Un-X the first merged copy of your Aqua Swirl.
Use the mover tool, to move your text
so that it will be close to the Aqua Swirl, but
not covering it completely. 
Next, duplicate your text layer
2 times, and X out both copies.
 
You should now have (1) text layer showing and
(1) Aqua Swirl layer showing.
 
  
 
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
X that out, and un-hide the next text layer and next
Aqua Swirl layer.
 
  
 
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
X out and Un-hide the next text layer and
the next Aqua Swirl layer.
 
  
 
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Un-hide all 3 layers.
Go to File>Save As>Aqua Swirl.

Open Animation Shop.
Go to File>Open>Aqua Swirl.
Select all, go to Animation>Reverse Frames.
Crop & Save as a gif.
