size 400 x 400.
Using the selection
tool,
draw a rectangle
the size that you
would like your banner to
be.
I will be using 250 x
75.
Flood fill with
color #F1D2D0.
Next, go to
Effects>Texture Effects>
Textures>Spheres.bmp,
and use color
#F8ECF0*.
Apply these settings.
Add a new
layer.
Go to preset shapes
& select the rectangle.
Stroke set to
#CAAEAE, and fill set to null.
Line width set at 4.
Draw the rectangle as
shown:
Go to Selections>Select
All>Select Float.
Effects>Texture
Effects>Blinds.
Deselect.
Add a new layer. Using
the same preset shape with
line width set at 2, draw a
rectangle
on the inside of the
banner.
Add a new layer using
the preset shape
rectangle, line width set
at 1.
Now add another new layer,
and begin
decorating with tubes of
your choice.
Continue adding new layers
for each tube used.
Add the pearls
all the way around your banner,
as
shown.
Once you have finished
decorating,
add a new layer for
your text.
