Part 2
Repeat on the other eye,
then turn off the Onionskin preview. Go up
to View>Animation, and if you are happy with
the results so far,
export that frame
(#2) to PSP and blend (smudge) the eye
liner just a little on each eye. (*If you
need to change the eyeliner paint, click on
Edit>Undo>PaintBrush in AS before
exporting to PSP.*)
In
PSP...use the Zoom tool again,
and go back to the Retouch>smudge using
the same settings as before. Carefully blend the
eyeliner.
Next>update back to AS.
Click on View>Animation, and if you are happy
with the results, you are ready to add your name
to the doll or image!
Crop and Save.
(*If you want to blend a
little more, export frame #2 back to PSP and
repeat the Retouch>Smudge
again.)

Just play around with the
smudge effect until you get the results that you
are looking for. Use your imagination and
most of all have fun!
You can use this tutorial
for other images too!

There are
many ways to achieve the
blinking, winking & sleepy
eye effect; these tutorials are my
way.
