*Part 2*

To add the underwater effect to one of the gold rectangles, click on the first gold rectangle that we added (size 2) to activate that layer. Click
CTRL C>open Animation Shop, then
click CTRL V to paste the rectangle in AS.

Go back to PSP, and X out that layer that you copied and pasted into AS.

We want to merge all the other layers together. Click on the layer below the one that you have X'ed out.  Next, go up to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible, and click on File>Save as
and name your award.

Close out PSP, and open the AS screen that you have the gold rectangle in.
Click on File/Open, and open the award.
Next, we want to duplicate that frame 2 times (for a total of 3 frames.) Now click on the propagate paste tool.

Next, click on the gold layer to activate.
Go to>Effects/Insert Image Effect, and in the drop down menu, select the underwater effect.
(I used the settings below.)

Click on the customize button, and check these settings.

Set the Waves:

Click Ok.  You should have 5 frames, but we only need 3 of them, so we will delete frame 1 and frame 5.
Next>Edit/Select All/Edit/Copy, and activate your award frames by clicking on the first one. Then go up to Edit/Select All/Edit/Paste into Selected Frames.  Carefully add the gold rectangle back to the award.

Next, go to Animation>Frame Properties,
Display time>25.
Now crop, save and name your finished award!
