d/load the zip file of the ones I used.

Ready?

Open a new frame in PSP 400x400.

Using the selection tool,

make the rectangle the size that you

want your finished CC to be.

While selected, flood fill with black.

Deselect.

Add a new layer.

Click on "preset shapes">rectangle.

On the outside of your black background

layer, draw a rectangle.

Stroke set to the "gold fill",

and fill set to null.

Antialias selected and line width set at 4,

line style #1 solid.

Add a new layer.

Make another rectangle inside of the

first gold rectangle, on top of the

black layer; set to 1.

Add a new layer.

Make another rectangle, line width set at 4.
