Part 2
Now, add a new layer, and name it background.
Send it to the bottom; flood fill with white.

Duplicate 2 times (for a total of
3 background layers.)

On your layers palette, drag a copy
of the white under all 3 name layers.

X out all layers except your first text layer.
Go to Effects>3D>Drop Shadow,
and apply using these settings:

X out that layer and Un-X your second text layer, adding the same Drop Shadow.  X out that layer and Un-X your last text layer. Add the same Drop Shadow, and X out that layer.

Next, on your Layers Palette, Un-X the first background layer and the first text layer.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
X out that layer, and Un-X the second background and second text layer.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

X out that layer and Un-X the last
background and text layer.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

Now, Un-X all three layers:

Go to File>Save As>PSPText.

Open Animation Shop.
Go to File, and open PSPName.
Next, go to Edit>Select All and Animation>
Frame Properties>10.
Crop & Save as a gif file.

*Optional*
For the two below, I went to Edit>Select All
(in AS) and exported all 3 frames to PSP.
I added a new layer and one of my
favorite tubes.

On the layers palette I clicked on the
Layer Blend Mode and selected from the drop down menu "Luminance"
(to give the tube a black & white look.)

I added the same drop shadow, duplicated the tube layer 2 more times, (for a total of 3).

Next, merge the tube layers and the text layers (the same way that we merged the white background, with our text layers in this tutorial.)
You can now go to File>Save As and save in PSP format. Open in AS, crop and save. Or you can export back to AS, crop and save.

Congratulations!!

The one below, when going to
  Selections>Modify>Contract 3, I contracted 2
(instead of 3, before adding the diamond preset.)
