Rated: Easy, using PSP7.

There are many ways to make
a Calling Card..the possibilities are endless.

***
Open a new transparent image in PSP7,
size 400 x 400.
Use the selection tool
 to draw a rectangle
approx. 275 x 150.

Flood fill with a color of your choice.
*I will be using #B70000*
Go to effects>textures>spheres,
color, #D5BBBB.
Deselect.

Add a new layer.
Use the selection tool to draw a
rectangle inside of the first one.
*For this layer, use a color a little
darker than you used on the first layer.
I am using color #A70555.
Apply the same texture effect, and deselect.

Add a new layer, and again using
the selection tool, draw another rectangle inside
of the second one.  Use the same color as you
used for the first layer #B70000,
and apply the same texture effect.
Deselect.

*You can apply a favorite filter or inner bevel of
your choice to any of these layers.*
*Filters can be found Here, Here and Here

*Helful hint*
To save on the total file size
On the layers palette, activate Layer 1
(the bottom layer of your Calling card.)
Use your selection tool to draw a rectangle
on the top of your image (the third layer),
making sure that it's not as large
as layer two, and click on the delete button.
Now click on layer 2 (on your layers palette)
to activate, and click delete again.

*This will cut out the middle part of both
layers one and two,

but your top layer (layer 3)
will remain the same.

Add a new layer, and begin adding
tubes to decorate.

When finished, add another new layer
for your text.
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

We are now ready to save!
Go to File>Save As>Calling Card in psp format.

***

Open Animation Shop.
Go to File>Open>Calling Card and save
as a gif file.
