directly to my tutorial.

Open a new transparent image 400 x 400 in PSP,

and flood fill with white.

Add a new layer and the star tube.

Go to Effects>Texture>Mosaic Antique Glass,

and apply these settings.

Next, go to Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.

Go to Effects>Plug Ins>EyeCandy 3.1>Motion Trail

using these settings:

Add a new layer, and apply the Pierrot tube.

Go to Effects>3D>Drop Shadow.

Use these settings:

Add a new layer for your name.

If you use the Motion Trail Effect on the text,

drag the layer below the Mosaic Star.

Thats it!

Now you're ready to save in PSP format,

and open in AS to save as a gif file.

(You can add a few sparkles

or try the underwater effect, etc.)

Be creative and have fun!

Note: For this tutorial, I used the

following Optimization Settings in AS.
