Un-X the white background layer,
and move the "IrishGreenGlassText" 
 slightly over to the right, as shown below:
 
 
 
Next, duplicate your GreenSparkleName1 
layer 3 times (for a total of 4).
Rename each copy layer as shown below:
 
 
 
X out all except for the GreenSparkleName1.
Now, go to Effects>PlugIns3.1>Glow.
Apply these settings:
Width: 15 (or higher if you prefer)
Opacity: 100
Opacity Dropoff: Diffuse
Color: #0F6627
Draw Everywhere: "Not" filled in.
Ok.
 
 
Rename that layer TextGlow.
 
 
Or, if you prefer, you can apply the EyeCandy3.1
Perspective Shadow instead.
 *Vanishing Point Direction: 142
*Vanishing Point Distance: 16
*Length: 32
*Opacity: 35
*Blur: 12
*Shadow Color: #04481E
*Draw Everywhere "not" filled in.
*Ok.
 
Un-X the GreenSparkle2Name layer.
Go to Effects>Noise>Add Noise.
Gaussian: Checked.
Monochrome: Checked.
Noise: 30
X out.
*Note: If using PSP7>noise>uniform.
 
Click on the GreenSparkle3Name, and 
 apply the noise effect, changing the number to 37.
X out.
 
Click on the GreenSparkle4Name,
and apply the noise>34.
 
Now, click on the Clover tube,
and go to Edit>Copy.
Click back on top of the IrishGreenGlassText
layer, and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
 
Go to Image>Resize>50%.
Resample using: Bicubic
Resize all layers: "Not" checked.
Ok.
 
Using your mover tool, place
the tube on your text.
Continue to duplicate the clover tube, 
resize, flip, & mirror until
you have the amount of clovers that
you want on your name. 
 
 
 
X out the white background and all text layers,
except for the IrishGreenGlassText layer.
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
 
 
 
*Merging the clovers on the glass name.*
 
 
 
Rename the merged layer IrishGreenGlassText.
 
X that layer out, and Un-X the white
background layer and the Text Glow layer.
 
 
 
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
