*Open the redwhite pattern in PSP.
*Open the font and minimize.
*Rated: Intermediate.

Open a new image in PSP7,
size 500 X 500, transparent.
Go to>Tool Options:>Text.
Add your name, using the font: Brrrrr
 Size 72, bold, and vector selected.
Set the Stroke at #800000, and
the Fill at RedWhitePattern1.
Scale 35%, Angle: 319.
 
  
 
 
 
Push & pull your text with your cursor
(where the boxes are), until you have
it the size that you want. 
(We need it to be taller and wider, in order
to add the snow fill to the top.)
Go to Layers>Convert to Raster Layer and
rename it RedWht_Text.
 
  
 
Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy3.1>Inner Bevel:
Bevel Width (pixels) #3
Bevel Shape: Rounded:
Smoothness: #8
Shadow Depth: #40
Hightlight Brightness: #35
Highlight Sharpness: #69
Direction #135
Inclination: #45:
 
Hold the shift key down and use the 
magic wand to click inside the empty
snow areas of your text.
 
When  finished, go to>Selections>Modify>Expand by 1.
 
 
 
While still selected, add a new layer
and flood fill with white.
Go to Effects>PlugIns>SBP>1d-brocadewhite.
Click ok.
 
On your layers palette, drag the new white-filled layer
down below your redwhite text layer, and rename
it SnowFill.
 
 
Next, go to Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen More.
