Part 2
 
 Add a new layer. Again using
the preset shapes, draw a
rectangle in between the frame edge
and inside border1.
Stroke set to Gold Fill and
the fill set to null.
Line width set at 3.
Selections>Select All>Select Float.
Effects>Artistic Effects and apply
the chrome as we did for the tube.
Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
 
 
 
Deselect.
Add a new layer, and draw a rectangle
using the preset shapes in the frame
 (beside the Inside Border1 layer).
Stroke set at gold1 and fill set to null.
Line width 2.
Selections>Select All>Select Float.
Effects>Texture Effect>Sculpture.
*Use the same settings as we used
on the last layer.
Next, go to Effects>Texture
 Effects>Blinds; use the same 
settings as before.
 
Go to Effects>Artistic Effect>Chrome.
*Use the same settings as before.
Deselect and name it Inside Border2.
Effects>3D>Drop Shadow, apply
the following settings.
V: 4
H: 4
O: 45
B: 2.9
Color: Black
 
 
  
Add a new layer using the rectangle
preset shape. Line width set to 3.
Stroke set to #625B56, Fill set to void.
Selections>Select All>Select Float.
Effects>Textures>Sculpture>Old Paper
using the same settings as before.
 
Effects>Textures>Blinds,
using the same settings as before.
 
Effects>Artistic Effects>Chrome,
using the same settings as before.
*Deselect and name it Inside Border3.
 
Go to Effects>3D>Drop Shadow,
(apply the same settings we used above.)

*Use the mover tool if needed,
on the inside border layers, to
space them evenly in your frame.
 
Un-X the bronze maiden layer.
Now, go to Layers>Arrange>Move to top.
Use the mover tool again to
center the tube inside of the frame.
Image>Resize *if needed*, or use
the deformation tool. (I resized
mine by 95%.)
 
Next, copy and paste the accent1
tube as a new layer.
Duplicate, flip, rotate & cut the tube,
as many times as needed 
to go around all 4 sides
inside the frame.

Make your frame as detailed as you like!
Copy & paste the
 corner accents & floral tubes,
as new layers.
 
 
 
Now go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Crop>Crop Settings>Select Opaque Area,
Ok>Crop Image.
 
Go to File>Save As>Keepsake Memories.
 
Open Animation Shop.
File>Open>Keepsake Memories.
Save as a gif file.
 
  
 
*When using a different tube, you
may need to change the chrome
setting. *For the one above I used #1
for the flaws setting and added more of the accents.
