Ready?
Open a new image in PSP,
size 500x500 (we can crop it later.)
Now add your name to that layer.
Pick two colors (for both stroke & fill),
from the colors in the tube,
using the darkest color for stroke.
Size 60, centered, Antialias
and Floating checked.
While still selected, apply a favorite
inner bevel setting.
*Optional*
If you have SBP, appy one of
your favorite SBP presets.*
Deselect

Use the mover tool, and move your
text down close to the bottom of the frame.
Rename this layer: Name 1

Using the Lasso tool, set at either
freehand or point to point, and go
around one (1) letter in your text.

While the letter has the marching ants around it,
go up to Edit>Copy>Edit>Paste>As New Layer.
You will now have a copy of your one letter.
Go back and activate the Name1 layer,
and hit the delete key.
(This deletes the letter from the
original name layer, that you just copied.)

Using the mover tool, move the letter
so that it will be in line with your name.
Rename that layer Letter 1,
then duplicate the letter layer two (2) times.

You should now have a total of 4 layers.
X out letter 1, and the third letter layer,
making sure that the second copy of letter 2
is activated (by clicking on that layer.)

Go to your tool options and
click on the "deformation tool".
This will add a square box around the letter.

Try to bring the top of that letter down
just a little bit, without moving the
bottom of the letter.
When finished, click "apply."
Click on the last copy of the letter layer,
and again using the deformation tool,
move the top of the letter down a little farther than you did on the previous letter.

(This is how your 3 letter layers will look after applying the deformation to both copies of the original letter layer.)

Now, X out all the layers except the
Name1 layer and the first letter layer.
