Ready?
Open a new image in PSP7,
size 500x500 (we can crop it later.)
Add your name using the
font: DryCleaners, size 72,
Antialias checked, & floating.
Stroke set at null, and fill set to
a color of your choice. Apply a
favorite inner bevel setting.
*Optional*
If you have SBP, apply one of
your favorite SBP presets.
Name this layer Name1 and
duplicate it twice,
(for a total of 3 layers.)
 
X out Name1 and activate the
first copy of your name. 
Click on the deformation tool,
(you should now see a little box all
the way around your name.)
 
 
 
Carefully using your cursor, push the name
down just a little *without moving the
bottom of the text, or it will be jumping around too.  
Now, pull on each side of the text, just a little
(we don't want to smash it.) *LOL*
 
Click apply and then Effects/Sharpen.
 
Now go to the second copy of your name, 
click to activate and then click
on the deformation tool. 
Carefully push the name down a little farther
than you did in the previous layer,
and also pull on both sides just a
little farther too.
 
Unhide all 3 layers...
they should now look something like this.
 
 
You're now ready to save in PSP format.
Click File>Save As and name it
BouncingName
:)
