Open the  RR-xstitchgirl tube in PSP7.
Click on the Shift key and the letter D to duplicate.
Close the original tube.

Go to Image>Canvas Size 500 x 500.
Center Horizontally and Center Vertically checked.
OK.
 
Go to Image>Resize>80 x 80.
Resize all layers "unchecked."
 
Go to Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy3>Perspective
 Shadow, and apply the following settings.
 
Vanishing Point Direction: 90
Vanishing Point Distance: 28
Length: 69
Opacity: 31
Blur: 9
Shadow Color: #000000
Draw Everywhere >Not Checked.
OK.
 
  
 
Add a new layer, flood fill it with white, name it
Bk_grd, and send it to the bottom of
your layers palette.
 
 
 
Now, go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible,
and rename the layer Girl.
 
Add a new layer, and click on Paint Brush>Custom.
 
   
 
In the drop down menu find and select brush # 23.
 
 
OK.
 
Size: 30
Opacity: 100
Step: 25
 
Foreground color set at: #72ACC2, and the 
Background color set at: #A6CCDA.
 
Using the paint brush, click on the new layer, 
and add one custom brush.
 
Go to Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy3>Inner Bevel
and apply the following settings:
 
Bevel Width: 3
Bevel Shape: Button
Smoothness: 5
Shadow Depth: 45
Highlight Brightness: 71
Highlight Sharpness: 69
Direction: 10
Inclination: 65
OK.
 
On your layers palette, right click on that
layer, and rename BlueStar.
 
Add a new layer; name it PinkStar.
Foreground color: #97556E and Background color:
 #C4708E.  Add a pink star to the layer, and
apply the same inner bevel setting that
we used on the blue star.
 
Now, add a new layer, and name it GoldStar.
Foreground color: #F9BC5D and the
Background color: #FFE0AF.
Add a gold star, and apply the same
inner bevel settings.
 
 Now duplicate each colored star 2 times,
 (for a total of 3 in each color.)
 
Arrange them around the girl as shown.
 
 
 
Add your name using Font Feena Casual, size 28,
Auto-Kern selected, Bold, Vector & Antialias checked.
Stroke:#97556E
#C4708E
OK.
 
Go to Layers>Convert to Raster Layer.
Apply the same Inner Bevel as we used
on the stars, and rename the layer Text.
 
Go to Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy 3,
and apply the same Perspective Shadow
that we added to the girl tube.
