(I have my workspace loaded 
to resemble PSP7.)

*Supplies Needed*
*Tube
I used Girl In Woods from >JCW Designs<
(This site no longer has tubes available)
or a tube of your choice.
*EyeCandy3 >Here<
Font: Grudge (BRK) - Download >Here<
2 Gold Patterns
*Right click and save as...
 Goldpattern1 on the left and Goldpattern2 on the right.

Open a new image in PSP8, size 500 x500,
flood fill with white and name it background.
 
*Stroke: Goldpattern1 ~ Fill: Goldpattern2.
Click on the text too, and add your name
using the font Grudge (BRK)
Vector, Size 72, Stroke 2.5,
Anti-alias checked, Alignment>Center.
*Apply*
 
Go to Layers>Convert to Raster Layer.
Rename this layer Name1.
 
Go to Selections>Select All.
Selections>Select>Float.
Selections>Modify>Contract 2.
Add a new layer, and flood fill
with "black."
 
 
 
Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy3>
Inner Bevel and apply the following:
 
*Shiny
*Bevel Width: 14
*Bevel Shape: Rounded.
*Smoothness: 4
*Shadow Depth: 33
*Highlight Brightness: 74
*Highlight Sharpness: 72
*Direction: 155
*Inclination: 15
*Ok.
 
While still selected, go to your
layers palette, and change the
"blend mode" to "Overlay".
 
 
 
Go to Effects>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Selections>Select none.
 
Click on Text1 layer, and go to
 Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy3>Glow.
Apply the following settings:
 
*Width: 15
*Opacity: 100
*Opacity Dropoff: Diffuse
*Color: #D4C250
*Draw Everywhere "not" filled in.
*Ok.
