~Offset Accent Tag~
Part 2 
 
Now, on your layers palette, drag the accent layer 
down under your name and arrange,
(using the move tool.)
 
*Duplicate, go to Image>Mirror.
 
Duplicate again, and go to Image>Resize>75%.
Bicubic resample.
Resize all layers "not" checked. Ok.
Go to Effects>PlugIns>Graphics Plus>Emboss 
and apply, (leaving all settings at "0".) Ok.
 
Effects>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask
(using the same settings as before.)
 
*Duplicate, and go to Image>Mirror.
You should have two accents on each side
of your name, (with the smaller accent
being on top of the large accent.)
 
 
 
Click on your name layer, and go to
Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy3>
Perspective Shadow.
*Vanishing Point Direction: 80
*Vanishing Point Distance: 30
*Length: 26
*Opacity: 24
*Blur: 14
*Shadow Color #000000 (black)
*Draw Everywhere "not" filled in.
*Ok.
 
*Finish or Continue?*
*If you wish to finish using the sparkle tubes
as animation, click on the GoldAccent Lg. layers and
apply the same Perspective Shadow that you used on your name to both.
*Now go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Duplicate 2 times, and add the
sparkle tube to different areas of
your text on all 3 layers.
 
Once you are finished, go to File>Save As
Offset Tag  (pspimage.)
 
Open in Animation Shop, set your frame
properties to 33, crop and save as a gif file.
 
Or..if you wish to add the underwater effect
to the gold accents as I have done
(on the example at the top of this page),
continue working with the steps below.

X out all layers except for the white
background and the two bottom
(large) gold accents.
 
 
 
Go to Layers>Merge Visible.
File>Save As>Offset1.
(Save these as>pspimage.)
 
X out the merged layer, and
Un-X the two small gold accent layers.
 
 
 
Go to Layers>Merge Visible.
File>Save As>Offset2.
 
X out that layer and Un-X your name layer.
 
 
 
Go to File>Save As>Offset3.

Open Animation Shop.
File>Open>Offset1.
(Repeat until you have all 3 opened.)
 
Click on Offset1 (to activate), and duplicate
2 times. (For a total of 3 frames.)
 
Go to Offset2 (the 2 small gold accents),
and go to Effects>Insert Image Effect.
 
 
 
*Animation Frame selected.
 
*Run effect in reverse direction checked.
