Open a new image in PSP,
size 400 x 400, transparent.
Flood fill with white, and
name it Bkgrd.
 
Click on your fan tube, go to Image>Resize 50%. Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
Edit>Copy.  Click on  your background layer and go to Edit>Paste as a new layer.
 
Next, go to Image>Rotate 35 degrees to the left.  Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
Now, go to Layers>Duplicate.
Next, go to Image>Mirror
  
X out the background layer. 
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible
(to merge both fan tubes together.)
Effects>3D>Drop Shadow.
 
 
Click on your perfume tube,
go to Image>Resize>40%. Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
Edit>Copy.
 
Now, click on your layers,
go to Edit>Paste as a new selection. 
Move the tube to the center of your fans,
and name the layer Perfume.
 
Using the lasso tool, point to point,
select the inside of the bottle like this:
 
Add a new layer, and add a
pinup tube inside of the selected area,
at the bottom.
Next, on your layer palette,
go to the "layer blend mode", and
click on normal
 
 
to change the tube to Luminance.
 
 
Add a new layer and add a
flower tube or two.
Deselect.
 
X out all layers except the Background
and the gold fans layer.
