Open
AS.
File>Open>Heart.
Go to
Effects>Insert Image Effect>Underwater,
using these
settings.
*For a bit more
water effect change the setting
to 1.6
on Define Effect, Effect
Length:
Now, click on the customize
button
and check these
settings...
(You can change this to 13 and 11, for a
bit more underwater effect.) Play around with
the settings until you are happy with the
effect.
Now
we will set the
Waves:

Click ok, and then
delete frames 1 and 5.
You should have
3 frames.
You
may need to resize, and export all
3
frames to PSP to sharpen.
Crop and set aside.
Next, go to
File>Open>Name,
and duplicate
after current frame 2 times.
Go to the top of your
bar
and click on the
Propagate Paste tool.
Click on the first heart (to activate),
go
to Edit>Select
All>Edit>Copy.
Next, go to your name frames, and
click
on
the first one (to activate). Go to
Edit>Select All>Edit>Paste into
selected frames.
