Part 2

Click on your Heart Center Layer, add a new layer
and name it "tube."
We will begin decorating the heart. :)

I will be using one of the wonderful feather tubes
that I found at Herkey Tubes.
There may be part of the tube of
that shows below the image.
Use the lasso tool to surround the part you don't want,

 then click the delete button.

Duplicate the tube, rotate 20 degrees, and move over.
Continue decorating all the way around the heart.
Be creative and have fun!

After you're happy with the decorations, X out all the layers except the tubes (we used to decorate).
Merge those together (merge visible)
and name it tubes.

Next, we want to merge all of the Heart Edge Layers together, except for the last copy on our Layers Palette.  X all other layers out,

merge visible,

and rename that layer
Heart Edge Main.
Go to File>Save As (name it)
and X it out.

With all layers still hidden,
click on the Copy of the Heart Edge that we did not merge. Save that one in PSP format as Heart Edge Single, and X it out again.  Add new layer for your text (name), placing the layer directly on
top of the Heart Center Layer.

Now we are ready to save the rest.
X out the background layer, and show the Center Heart, tubes and text layers.

Do not move any of the layers>merge visible, File>Save As, name it Pure Heart in PSP format.

Close PSP.

Phewwwwww...break time...
grab a cup of java! *LOL*

 Rested up? *lol*

Ok....now open Animation Shop, go to File>Open,  open each image that you saved showing in AS.
You should have 3 images.
Click on the Pure Heart (the decorated one), go up to Edit>Copy, Edit>Paste after current frame, and repeat. (You should have a total of 3 heart frames.)
Set that one aside for now.

Click on the propagate paste tool,

and click on the merged Heart Edges (the thick image).
Go to Effects>Insert Image Effect>Underwater, and apply these settings.

Now we will set the Waves:
*Or, use your favorite settings.*

Wave 1:
X: -12
Y:   -1
Wave 2:
X:  2
Y: 14
Wave 3:
X:  -1
Y: -12
Wave 4:
X:  -7
Y: -10
Wave 5:
X: -9
Y: 10
Wave 6:
X: 14
Y: 10
Wave 7:
X: 15
Y:  0
Wave 8:
X:  8
Y: -7

Delete frame #5 and frame #1, leaving you a total of 3 frames.  Crop, and click on Edit>Select All, Edit>Copy.  Now click on the Pure Heart, go up to Edit>Select All>Edit>Paste into selected frames and
carefully add the Edging.

Next>Edit>Select All, Animation>Animation Frame Properties>33.

Now, click on the single heart that we haven't used yet. Go to Edit>Copy. Back to the Pure Heart, click and go to Edit>Select All>Edit>Paste into selected frames, adding that one to the very top of the others.
You can top it off with a few sparkles.
Crop and save as a gif file.

 WTG...yippppppeeeeee all finished! :)
