*Nice font: I used Acrop.
*Zip File Supplies*

*Download and open the zip file.
*Open the font, and minimize the window.
*Open all the tubes and the patterns in PSP7.

Open a new image 500 x 500,
transparent in PSP7, and name it background.
 
Next, go to Tool Options>Font>Acropolis.
Type in your text, and highlight the first letter
in your Text Entry window. Go up to the
drop down menu, and select size 72.
 
  
 
Now highlight the rest of your name, and select size 60.
 
*If your nickname is more than 5 or 6 letters,
 you may wish to use size 60 for your first letter,
and size 48 for the rest of your name.* 
*Bold, Vector & Antialias checked.
Use the BeigeSilk Pattern for both.
Foreground (Scale 100, Angle 0.)
Background (Scale 100, Angle 90.)
OK.
 
Pull on both sides slightly and the top
and bottom of your text.
 
  
 
Layers>Convert to Raster Layers.
Duplicate 2 times, and X out.
 
Un-X the (bottom) first text layer,
and apply the
Perspective Shadow effect as follows:
 
Go to Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy3,
Perspective Shadow.
Vanishing Point: 263
Vanishing Point Distance: 52
Length: 35
Opacity: 24
Blur: 26
Shadow Color: Black
Draw Everywhere "not" filled in.
 
  
 
Un-X the next layer of your text.
Go to Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy 3> 
Inner Bevel, and apply these settings:
Bevel Width: 6
Bevel Shape: Button
Smoothness: 10
Shadow Depth: 99
Hightlight Brightness: 100
Highlight Sharpness: 100
Direction: 22
Inclination: 99
OK.
 
  
 
Un-X the last copy of your text,
and using the mover tool, slightly move
the text layers as shown.
 
 
 
Now, go to Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float.
Selections>Modify>Contract 2.
Add a new layer, and flood fill
with SnowflakeIcyFill1 or 2.
Go to Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.
*Optional* Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen More.
