Click on the background layer,
and flood fill with white.
 
Now, copy and paste the snow
tube and add as a new layer,
directly above the background layer.
Go to Effects> Geometric Effects,
Twirl>550 degees.
 
Next, go to Selections>Select All,
Selections>Float.
Selections>Modify>Contract>1.
Selections>Invert.
Hit the delete button one time,
and go to Effects>3D>Inner Bevel.
 
Width: 6
Smoothness: 4
Depth: 4
Ambience: -50
Shininess: 19
Color: white
Angle: 41
Intensity: 70
Elevation: 44
Ok.
 
Now go to Selections>Invert.
While still selected, go to
>Effects>3D>Drop Shadow.
 
*Vertical 3
*Horizontal -3
*Opacity 18
*Blur 2.5
*Color: Black.
Ok.
 
 
 
*Deselect.
 
Copy and add as a new layer
the snowflake tube(s) to
decorate your text.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Duplicate 2 times and X out the copies.
 
Add a new layer, name it Sparkle1,
and apply the custom brush "X"
3 or 4 times (color white),
in different areas.
 
 
 Add a new layer, name it Sparkle2,
and apply the custom brush, 
color white, 3 or 4 times, in different areas.
(Be careful not to cover the sparkles
we added in the previous layer.)
 
Add a new layer, name it Sparkle3, and
apply the custom brush, 
color white, 3 or 4 times, in different areas.
(Again, be careful not to cover the
sparkles in the previous 2 layers.)
