Open a new image in PSP7, transparent,
size 500 x 500.
 
Flood fill with #BFA89A.
Name this layer bkgrd.
 
Open the snow tube in PSP, and
export it directly to your tubes
folder. File>Export>Picture Tube.
Name it Snow.
 
 
 
(You can remove it later.)
 
Next, open the snowglobe_girl tube,
and resize to 60%. 
 
 
 
(Click on Bicubic resample, to 
 eliminate the need to sharpen
the image after resizing.)

Go to Edit>Copy. 
Click on your background layer, and
go to Edit>Paste As New Layer
and rename as GlobeTube.
Close out the original tube
without changing.
 
Duplicate the layer 2 times,
(for a total of 3.)
X out the 2 copies.
 
Make sure you are on the first tube layer.
Next, use the lasso tool set to point to point.
Go around the globe, slightly on the inside
as to not include the  
little girls nose. *lol*
