Go to Effects>3D>Drop Shadow and apply the following to the Gold Chains.

Now, unhide your name. and

apply the same drop shadow.

Next, making sure that the heart layer is hidden,

Un-X the background layer and the gold chains.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

Rename this layer Name.

Next, unhide the heart and duplicate.

While on the copy, go to Image>Resize>80%.

Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.

Move it over to one of your end chains.

Duplicate that heart and move it

over to the other chain.

X out the original heart layer and your name.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible to merge

the 2 medium hearts.

Rename the layer Med_Hearts.

Un-X all layers.

Click on the original heart and duplicate.

While on the copy of the heart,

go to Image>Resize 40%.

Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.

Move that heart up to your name to decorate. Duplicate the heart, and place it on your text too.

Click back on the original heart and duplicate again. On the copy, go to Image>Resize>30%.

Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.

Move the smaller heart up to your text, and

duplicate as many times as you wish

to finish decorating your name.

X out your Name, Heart and Med_Heart layers.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

(Optional: Go to Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.)

Un-X your name layer, leaving the

Heart and Med_Hearts hidden.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

Rename that layer Name.

*You should have 3 layers left:

Name, Heart and Med_Hearts.*

Now, X out the name layer.

Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

both heart layers.

Duplicate the name layer 2 times.

Duplicate the Hearts layer 2 times.
