Part 2: Flood Fill with the WhiteIcePattern. Go to Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy  3.1>Glass>Transparent Button>Mesa.  Apply using these settings:       Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.     Deselect.   Next, copy the Gold Ring tube, and  paste to your image as a New Layer.  (Name that layer Gold Ring.)   Duplicate the gold ring to make a chain straight down the center of your text.       Continue to duplicate the gold ring, and make a chain one ring shorter on both sides of the middle chain.       X out all layers except the Gold Ring Layers. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Effects>3D>Drop Shadow. Apply the drop shadow we used above. Rename that layer GoldChains.    On your layers palette, drag the GoldChains  layer below your name layer.     Click on the Heart layer and duplicate. While on the Copy of the heart, go to Image>Resize>80%. Effects>Sharpen>Sharpen.   Move it over to one of the shorter chains. Duplicate that heart, move it over to the other shorter chain. Move the large (original) heart,  to the long chain.         X out all layers, except the 2 copies of the hearts. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Rename that layer Med_Hearts.   Un-X all layers, click on the heart layer and duplicate. While on the copy, go to Image>Resize>45%. Effects>3D>Inner Bevel. (Same settings as above.)   Move the small heart up to your name, and duplicate to use for decoration.   Click on the heart (original) ,and duplicate. Go to Image>Resize>35%. Effects>3D>Inner Bevel. (Same settings as above.) Duplicate as many times as you want,  to finish decorating your name.       X out the Background, GoldChains, Name, Heart and Med_Hearts layers. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible, (to merge all the smaller hearts together.)     Un-X the name layer, background layer, and gold chains layer. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Rename that layer Name. X that layer out.   Un-X the 2 heart layers. Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible. Rename the layer Hearts.   Duplicate both the heart layer and your name layer 2 times each.       *Continued*
