Un-X all layers.

Click on your name layer and

activate the deformation tool.

Tilt your name to the right of your image.

Go to Effects>3D>Drop Shadow:

V: 6

H: 6

Opacity: 33

Blur: 3.7

Color: Black

Using the mover tool, move your name down to the lower right hand corner of the image.

Click on your tube layer.

Go to Effects>3D>Drop Shadow:

Vertical: -6

Horizontal: 6

Opacity: 28

Blur: 6.2

Color: Black

Now Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

File>Save As>Spiral Braid.

Open AS:

File>Open>Spiral Braid.

Resize, crop & save as a gif file.
