Paint Shop Pro 7\Shapes folder.
*Extract the Sparkles3Frames to
My Documents (to open & use later in AS.)
*Open the 1DoubleSparkle and the
1SmDouble Sparkle in PSP.

Ready?  Let's get started!
 
Open a new image, white, size 500 x 500 in PSP7.
 
Go to Tool Options>Preset Shapes>Heart1.
Antialias and Create as vector both checked.
Line width: 1
 
 
 
Stroke Color: #B70000
Fill Color: #FC0000
Draw a heart large enough
to add your name to it later.
 
  
 
Go to Layers>Convert to Raster Layer,
and rename SatinHeart.
 
Go to Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy3>Chrome.
Softness: 14
Variation: 100
Contrast: 1
Bands: 1
Light Direction: 248
Base Color: #C00000
Hightlight Color: #FC0808
Ok.
 
 
 
Effects>PlugIns>EyeCandy3>Glow.
Width (pixels): 22
Opacity (%): 100
Opacity Dropoff: Medium
Color: #EEEAEA
Draw Everywhere "not" filled in.
Ok.
 
Repeat the Glow effect
with these settings:
Width (pixels): 14
Opacity (%): 100
Opacity Dropoff: Fat
Color: #C60000
Draw Everywere "not" filled in.
Ok.
 
*If making multiple hearts, you may want to skip
the Perspective Shadow on the large heart.*
