Open both pattern fills in PSP7.
Open a new transparent image,
size 500 x 500.
Flood fill with white.
 
Add a new layer for your text, and
name it text1.
Font: Twentieth Century Poster1,
Size 72, Bold, Selection.
Ok.
 
Flood Fill with BluePattern1.
Scale 100, Angle 0.
While selected, go to
Effects>Plug Ins> EyeCandy 4000,
 Glass>Bevel Profile Tab>Mesa
Settings: Clear Glass.
Color white.
Using the normal default settings.
Deselect.
 
Go to Effects>3D>Drop Shadow.
Apply these settings:
  Vertical: 4
Horizontal: 4
 Opacity: 29
       Blur: 2.9
Color: #202020
 
Add a new layer, and add
your text again. This time, name it text2.
Flood Fill with the BluePattern2.
Scale 100, Angle 0.
 
While selected, go to
Effects>Plug Ins>EyeCandy 4000,
Glass>Bevel Pofile Tab: Grooved.
Settings: Clear Glass.
Color white, normal default settings.
 
Resize the Whale tube as follows:
25 x 25 Percentage of original.
Resize Type: Bicubic Resample.
 Copy and add the tube as a new layer.
 
On your layers palette, drag the tube 
down so that it is in between
the text1 layer and the text2 layer.
 
 Go to your layers palette,
and reduce the opacity to 40.
 
 
 
Click on the top layer (text2).
Go to Edit>Copy, then Edit>
Paste As New Image.
File>Save As>Text2.
Close the new image.
 
Now, X out text2 on your
layers palette.
 
Merge the rest of your layers.
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
File>SaveAs>Text1.
