*Part 2*

Open Animation Shop. 

Go to File>Open Text1 and
File>Open Text2.
 
Click on Text1 and duplicate 2 times,
for a total of 3 frames.
 
Now, click on Text2,
go to >Insert Image
Effect>Underwater.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
  *Now let's set the waves.*
 
Wave: 1
X: 5
Y: 8
 
Wave: 2
X:    3
Y: -12
 
Wave: 3
X: -41
Y: -3
 
Wave: 4
X: -15
Y: 10
 
Wave: 5
X: 34
Y: 0
 
Wave: 6
X: -7
Y: -14
 
Wave: 7
X: 18
Y: -8
 
Wave 8:
X: -1
Y: 28
 
Wave 9:
X: 16
Y: 10
 
Wave 10:
X: -28
Y: 10
 
Click Ok and Ok.
 
*You can use the settings from
my tutorial "Poshie In Pink"
or use your favorite settings.

 *We only need 3 frames,
so delete frames 1 and 5.
 
Click on the propagate paste tool
at the top of your screen.
 
  
 
Go to Edit>Select All,
Edit>Copy.
 
Click on Text1, and go to
Edit>Select All>Edit>Paste
Into Selected Frames.
 
Position your text to the right
or left of your bottom text.
 
Go to Animation>Frame Properties
and set it to 33.
Crop & save.
 
*For the one below, I added the motion
trail effect to the first layer of text in PSP,
and then applied the underwater effect
to that layer in AS, instead of the top
layer of text, and added a few bubble tubes too!
