(I used JCW_glamour_girl from JCW Designs.
*Her tubes are now closed.)

Ready? Let's get started!

Open the Framew2Accents in PSP.

Click Shift D to duplicate;

close out the original.

X out the 2 accent layers.

Click on the Frame layer.

Using the lasso tool, go

around the glass like this.

Add a new layer and add one of your favorite tubes.

Rename the layer Tube.

On your layers palette, change the

Layer Blend Mode to Luminance.

Deselect.

Duplicate the tube 3 times,

(for a total of 4.)

Set the Layer Opacity as shown.

X out all 4 Tube Layers.

Now, duplicate the frame layer 3 times,

(for a total of 4.)

On your layers palette, X out all layers

except the first frame and the first tube.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

X out and repeat for the second

frame layer and second tube.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

X out and repeat for the third.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

X out and repeat for the fourth.

Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

You should now have 4 merged layers

and the 2 accent layers on your layers palette.

Use the mover tool to place the accent1 and accent2 on the inside of your frame. Now, duplicate both accent1 and accent2 (3) times each.

(Total of 4 layers each.)
