Part 2:

X out all layers except the first merged layer (your frame with tube) and the first accent1 and accent2 layers.

  Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
X that layer out.

Unhide the next frame layer and
a copy of both accent tubes.
While on the copy of the accent1 layer, go to the Deformation Tool.

Now, carefully push from the center just a little, without moving the
outside of the accent.
Click apply.

Repeat for the Accent2 layer.
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
X that layer out.

Unhide the next merged copy
(frame with tube), and a copy of the accent1 and accent2 layers.
Using the deformation tool on both,
push each side in, just a little farther.

Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.

X out that layer, and unhide the last of the merged (frame/tube), and accent1 and accent2 layers.

Move each accent layer to the
opposite side of the frame.
Be very careful so that it remains lined up with the other layers we merged.

*A good way to do this is to copy both accent layers and use those as guides, deleting both, (on the inside)
before merging.*

This is what you should have.

X out all merged layers. Add a new layer, and add your name, using an inner bevel or favorite plug in.

I used the font: CircleD, Bold, size 60.
For the first layer of my text I used black
for the stoke and fill
and applied EyeCandy 4000>Glass.
I added another layer, and my name again,
this time using white for stroke & fill
and applied the  SBP preset,
 M_Coconutice from Meadows Studio.
Go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Next, go to File>Save As, name & save.
X that layer out.

Now, unhide all 4 merged layers.
Go to File>Save As>1.
