| 1) Q. What is a Mini Pack?
A. A Mini Pack is a small package of clipart
images (tubes).
2) Q. How many images are in each pack?
A. There are usually between 3 and 5 images
per pack.
*Alpha Mini Packs contain the entire alphabet, upper and lower case
letters as well as numbers and punctuation unless other wise stated.
3) Q. How much do they cost?
A. The cost depends on the number and type of
images. The images usually cost between 20 and 50 cents each.
*Alpha Mini Packs vary between $5.00 and $10.00 each pack, or around 7 -
15 cents each image.
4) Q. Why not just buy a full disk?
A. This is another way to give you more
variety. Instead of a full disk of a particular theme, you can now
pick and choose which images you like from each disk and combine them to
make a disk all your own.
5) Q. Can't I just get the same images by buying a
membership?
A. No. The images offered for Mini
Packs are only available through Mini Packs or by purchasing a full disk of a
particular theme.
6) Q. Why is it that some disks do not have the option to
buy Mini Packs from them?
A. There are some disks that are limited
editions. Only 20 full disks of those themes will be made.
7) Q. Why is that?
A. For the same reason that you can not get
the same images in the membership area as on disks or in Mini Packs.
Uniqueness and variety.
8) Q. How does it work exactly?
A. Each thumbnail is a clickable image
which takes you to a bigger preview of the images in that pack.
After you have seen the preview, just click on the "Add to Cart" button.
When you have made all of your selections, proceed to the checkout where
you can pay for the items in your cart through Pay Pal.
Once I receive your order I will upload them to one
of my sites and send you the link. If you would like them burned
to disk, then please add the "Burn To Disk" option to your shopping
cart. The cost for burning your images to disk is $4.00 per disk.
All mini packs can usually be burned to one disk, if you prefer.
9) Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is included in the price if you
choose to burn your images to disk. Other wise it is a direct
download and there is no shipping cost.
10) Q. What if I don't have a Pay Pal account?
A. I also except Cheques and
Money Orders. Please email me for address details and to let me
know which packs and /or disks and / or memberships you are interested
in.
11) Q. I am already a member here,
do I receive a discount?
A. Yes there is a 10% discount
on Mini Packs to all members of Sweet Peas Tubes.
The members of Sweet Peas Tubes have there own store with the same
products and discounts already applied. Also, if you are an
active
member (3 months or longer) of
Sweet Peas Community, you will receive a 10% discount.
Please contact me with your user name and
which items you are interested in before purchasing. After
confirming your username I will send you an invoice with your discount
taken off through pay pal. Please let me know beforehand if you do
not have a Pay Pal account.
12) Q. I have ordered a Mini Pack(s), Disk(s), Membership etc..
My payment cleared through Pay Pal but I have yet to receive the items
or an email.
A. I, like most people can not
possibly be at my computer 24-7. Therefore, it may take up to 48
hours before you receive your link to your order, confirmation
email, approval email etc... All links and memberships are set up
manually.
13) Q. I sent a message/email through your contact me form, I have
not received a reply and it's been a while.
