Tubes & Clipart (also referred to as Sweet Peas Tubes),
there are terms of use that you must follow. If you do not agree
with these terms of use, or the privacy policy, please do not sign
up for a membership or use the services offered at Sweet Peas Tubes
& Clipart.
Any personal information such as names, email addresses and log in
information that is provided to us during registration for
membership or using the contact form is kept in confidence and will
never be shared with any third parties. We will never sell
email addresses or send unsolicited email. The only emails
sent will be for registration, payment, answering questions
submitted by you, notices of significant changes to the terms of
use, site related activities and notices when your membership is
about to expire.
The only exception to this is if a serious issue occurs such as
theft of images, redistribution and/or theft of our images and/or
abuse of our terms of use. If this situation occurs we may
provide information to the copyright owner(s) and/or proper
authorities when dealing with these cases.
